Measured on the current candidate

The fresh 30-camera catalogue soak completed 769 jobs over 120 telemetry samples with zero system-owned job loss. It ended with 19 healthy cameras and 73 explicit source gaps. Code and eight model/source digests remained unchanged.

What the current scenes can prove

They support feed integration, analytics and inspection of a real plate. These scenes cannot demonstrate a two-camera journey. The later real-camera set must prove designated-vehicle alert and route acceptance. Two independently confirmed source systems remain a separate Model 2 validation requirement.

Reproducible submission

Candidate frozen on 5 September 2026. Historical benchmarks in the bundle remain dated appendices. No statewide video capacity or government accuracy claim is inferred from this run.
